    This other email proves that Gus Skarlatakis has been the Manager of the Property for a very long time but now its shilding his behaviour behind a company named CCPM

    My admin is sending out paperwork for your review and e-signing now. I am providing you with customer service.
    You do not need to pay any brokerage any commission. The lease is as agreed – 2100/mth, provided you pay on
    time every month, if you’re late with payments, you lose your 2% discount ($42/mth) for that month. I know it’s just a
    6 month lease but it’s a standard clause we use. 25% of utilities, as discussed. Please let me know if you have any

    Here is a conversation with Gus Skarlatakis who works for Crescent Real Estate and CCPM Toronto,  talking to a Tenant about making things unstable for the house next door so he could take over the place 

    For context, the conversation was about normal tenant-landlord issues of the property when Gus Skarlatakis brought this up out of nowhere.
