In the video above there appears to be an altercation between Cielito Lindo Kahano Parone and another tenant. Police were called to the scene after the altercation.
We do not know the full context or exactly why this happened. The tenant has stated that they believe Gus Skarlatakis may have asked his employee to create problems for the tenant so that the tenant would leave and rents could be increased. This is that tenant’s opinion and has not been proven in court.
Some tenants and other individuals have reported that Gus Skarlatakis has asked people to do things they believe are illegal or inappropriate in order to gain an advantage on other properties or to pressure tenants to move out so rents can be increased.
These are allegations based on their personal experiences and communications. Screenshots of a WhatsApp conversation and other testimony are available in a prior post for people to review and make up their own minds. We are sharing what has been reported to us and are not asserting that any crime has been legally established.
